Abstract. The conclusions presented in this article present the results studding structural features members bone morphogenetic proteins family (BMP), which effect on chondrogenesis. We will create database by members bone morphogenetic proteins and discussing the possible ways of molecular evolution of BMP was illustrated and evolutionary modes of the family was assessed. As a result, we found five effective analogues members BMP, interacting with
specific receptors of the cartilage.
Key words: bone morphogenetic pro, receptors, chondrocyte, phylogenetic tree, database, tissue engineering.
