Abstract. The article is devoted to studying tourism as one of the most prosperous economic branches as well as the features of touristic discourse in the context of the worldwide process of globalization. The author demonstrates the interconnection of such concepts as Internet, globalization and Global English and their intensifying effect on world linguistic community. On the example of advertising informational texts of French touristic website, the author shows the difference between the English discourse and the national one. The article contains the comparative characteristics of grammatical and semantic peculiarities.
