CONCEPTION OF RECORD OF LOW

Abstract. The main components of the term “record of low”, “record” and “low” are analyzed. Normative and doctrinal notions on record are given, also classifying signs of the concept “record” for the legal field of its usage are couched taking into consideration the sense “loyal” and differences in the different kinds of low’s interpretation. Criterions specifying the term “record of low” are suggested.
