Prospects for expanding the EurAsEC customs union in the post-soviet space

Abstract. The prospects of integration processes in Former SovietRepublics and the
expansion of the Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russian are regarded in the
article. The risks and possible positive results of joiningof some countries of the Commonwealth
of Independent Statesto the Customs Union are analyzed.
Key words: Customs Union of the Eurasian Economic Community, the integration
processes in the Former Soviet Republics, potential members of the Customs Union of the
Eurasian Economic Community, the common economic space of EurAsEC.
