Abstract. In our research we try to determine the mechanical properties of lung tissue in an experimental model of acute lung injury initialize by mikroaerozol inhalation of single lipopolysacharide E. coli О128 : B12 in 17 rats. Mikroaerozol need for better penetration of the respiratory apparatus of the lungs. The dynamics of elongation in normal lung tissue and after inhalation of saline solution as a carrier apyrogenic and with a variance of LPS is studied. It is found that inhalation of LPS is accompanied by a decrease in the elasticity of the lung tissue.
