Emotive language function in the German oral colloquial speech

Abstract. This article gives a detailed description of the role of emotive language function, importance of emotionality and emotions in the German oral colloquial speech. Emotions transform at the language level into emotiveness that is a language category because emotions can be transferred by means of language.
