Abstract. This work considers risk-management application in the virtual enterprise. The peculiar features of risk-management realization in the virtual enterprise is defined by the fact that this organization is a temporary cooperation network of the enterprise which
seeks to execute the order most effectively and is based on the common information system. Therefore it is difficult to reveal risk and apply minimization measures to it.
