Abstract.In many countries of the world, to transform the system of executive power
developed administrative reforms on the basis of which is expected to develop e-government,
designed to introduce the practice of public administration, and address corruption. To assess
the quality of e-government, using different methods, each of them has its pros and cons, so
choosing an appropriate, necessary to carry out a comparative analysis.
